Geri P. of Eaton, OH, had serious interior damage due to a leak near her chimney. To fix the issue, we replaced the surrounding rotten wood. Then, we put a waterproof underlayment down, installed new flashing, and last, replaced the shingles on the entire roof. As a final touch, we placed a chimney cap to cover the top of the chimney. That will help prevent critters from nesting in it.

This tiny little home wanted some new roofing to match their neighbors, whom we also did. We started by stripping their shingles down to the plywood. The plywood was in great shape, so there was no need to replace any of it. We then layed down our Tri-Built Synthetic underlayment along with our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane. We then installed our IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a shadow brown color.  We sealed it down with our Geocel Scypolymer bonding sealant and our HD galvanized steel coil nails. 

Perma boot addition to a roof replacement 

Homeowner contacted us because they had a roof leak, and the current shingles were over 20 years old. Upon inspection, there was leakage found and it was determined the shingles were too brittle to do a repair. The homeowner elected for a full roof replacement to protect his home.
