See how Preferred Home Improvement LLC transformed an Ambler home with stucco remediation and siding upgrade.

Before:

Their main problems were centered around their stucco siding. Not only did it require remediation due to water damage and structural issues, but it also caused damage to the window frames. Additionally, the home had an outdated look that was in need of an upgrade.

After:

We replaced the damaged stucco siding with high-quality clapboard siding, ensuring a durable and long-lasting siding solution. To enhance the home’s curb appeal, we introduced ProVia stone veneer to create a stunning focal point. Additionally, we replaced the old and damaged windows with energy-efficient Okna vinyl windows, improving the home’s insulation and overall functionality.

See how James Hardie siding and a full exterior remodel bring this Amber, PA home back to life!

Before:

This Ambler, PA homeowner understood that his home needed window replacement, a new roof, and siding replacement due to rotting wood underneath the stucco.

After:

The homeowner selected James Hardie as a replacement for his home’s siding, and we knew that was the perfect choice for this project.

In addition to installing top-of-the-line siding, our team also built a portico with a metal pent roof for the client. Replacement windows were installed to help protect the new siding and let in the light.

The impressive project was finished off with new asphalt shingles on the roof, a blue stone stoop, and a paver walkway.

What started as an aging roof in need of replacement quickly became an opportunity to protect this Willow Grove property for decades to come. Once the existing roof was removed, our team uncovered areas of rotted roof decking that had been hidden beneath the old shingles. We documented the damage, replaced the deteriorated wood, and ensured the new roofing system was built on a solid foundation.

The homeowner selected Glacier architectural shingles, giving the property a fresh, modern appearance while providing long-lasting protection against Pennsylvania's changing weather. From the detailed installation to the thorough cleanup, every step of the project reflected our commitment to quality craftsmanship and honest communication.

The result is more than just a beautiful new roof—it's a durable roofing system that gives the homeowner lasting peace of mind and a dramatic before-and-after transformation.
