The transformation features beautiful Harbor Blue siding, creating a bold yet timeless look that completely updates the home's appearance. To complement the new siding, we added pent roofs over the garage and entryway finished with Charcoal Grey asphalt shingles, adding architectural detail and a polished finishing touch.

Built more than 30 years ago, the home had started to feel visually outdated compared to the style the homeowners wanted moving forward. Although the original vinyl siding was still in decent condition, the exterior lacked dimension and character, and the front stone section no longer matched the updated aesthetic they envisioned.

The homeowners began exploring modern exterior finishes and carefully selected materials that would give the home a more refined and high-end appearance while still feeling timeless. The renovation completely changed the appearance of the home with the installation of James Hardie Board & Batten Cedar Mill siding in Iron Gray, creating a bold and sophisticated new exterior.

To elevate the design even further, new stonework was added to the front bump out and garage, bringing texture and contrast to the home’s updated look. A new Andersen 400 Series front window was also installed to enhance both curb appeal and energy efficiency.
