After more than 20 years, the existing window had reached the end of its service life and had begun leaking. The aging window and surrounding area were ready for an update, including repairs to the existing window penetration.
The outdated, leaking window was replaced with a 43" x 31" OKNA 550 Series 2-Lite Slider featuring white interior and exterior finishes and a half screen. The window penetration was repaired, and white aluminum capping was installed around the exterior, creating a clean, finished appearance while completing the window upgrade.
Before:
This Newtown home had great bones, but the exterior was ready for a fresh start. Originally built in 2004, the 3,013-square-foot home had an exterior that was beginning to look dated and no longer reflected the character and style of the property.
After:
We gave this home a complete exterior transformation with a new James Hardie siding system, creating a cleaner, more refined look while adding the long-term durability homeowners expect from fiber cement siding. The updated exterior brings new life to the home, enhances its curb appeal, and gives this Newtown property a fresh look that is built to last.
The result: a dramatic before-and-after transformation that proves how much a new siding system can change the personality of a home. From dated to refreshed, this project is another example of how the right exterior renovation can make a home feel completely new again.
