This home in Richmond, IN had an aging roof that had already lost more than 20 shingles. The homeowner mentioned they weren’t comfortable with local roofers who often relied on temporary crews for installations. We helped guide them through the insurance process to ensure their claim was handled properly and matched the approved pricing. Shingles were reaching the end of their lifespan, and the homeowners wanted a lasting solution that would protect their home and improve its curb appeal.  We began by tearing off the old roofing materials down to the decking, inspecting for hidden damage, and making any necessary repairs. From there, we installed ice and water protection along the most vulnerable areas, followed by synthetic underlayment to create a secondary barrier against leaks. New drip edge and flashing were added to move water away from the home, and proper ventilation was checked to keep the attic healthy. Finally, we installed the new shingles, sealed everything tight, and cleaned up the property so it looked as good as new. The result is a roof that’s not only beautiful but also backed by a strong warranty for long-term peace of mind.
