This home in Richmond, IN had an aging roof that had already lost more than 20 shingles. The homeowner mentioned they weren’t comfortable with local roofers who often relied on temporary crews for installations. We helped guide them through the insurance process to ensure their claim was handled properly and matched the approved pricing. The project was completed with new IKO Dynasty shingles in the Shadow Brown color, giving the home a durable and upgraded look. The homeowner was very happy with the entire process, and even suggested we take a look at their daughters roof afterwards. 

This Petersburg, KY home had an aging roof that was showing signs of wear and tear. Shingles were reaching the end of their lifespan, and the homeowners wanted a lasting solution that would protect their home and improve its curb appeal.  We began by tearing off the old roofing materials down to the decking, inspecting for hidden damage, and making any necessary repairs. From there, we installed ice and water protection along the most vulnerable areas, followed by synthetic underlayment to create a secondary barrier against leaks. New drip edge and flashing were added to move water away from the home, and proper ventilation was checked to keep the attic healthy. Finally, we installed the new shingles, sealed everything tight, and cleaned up the property so it looked as good as new. The result is a roof that’s not only beautiful but also backed by a strong warranty for long-term peace of mind.

We replaced this roof in North Bend, OH, to ensure that the home stays safe from weather damage, as the existing roofing system was compromised. We used our IKO Dynasty - Shadow Brown colored shingles, which are class 3 rated against wind & hail impact damage. We also reworked a lot of the trimming, vents, edges, flashing, etc... This section of the roof that we replaced does not receive much light. This was causing moss and algae to grow, and even stubborn weeds in their gutters. When we replaced this roof in Burlington, we made sure this section received the proper care it deserved, as it was the section most susceptible to damage. We gave it the proper care by replacing the decking underneath this section with adequate wood specifications, installing proper weather-resistant underlayments, and very secure flashings. We topped it off with our IKO shingles in an Atlantic Blue shade. 

This roof in Burlington, KY, had seen better days... Its old age + heavy storms had left this roof vulnerable to leaks. We worked with the homeowner to get a proper insurance claim, and then we replaced the roof. We used our IKO Dynasty laminated Atlantic Blue shingles, which are class 3 rated against wind & hail damage. This new roof comes with our 10 year "no-leak" warranty. The customer was very pleased with the result of this project, especially with how their new home looks.
